You Build My Next Grow!

That's right! You guys build my next grow. I'm looking to spend a decent amount on it (around $300). This is what I have priced out so far...

Of course everything can change though! I have a space of 4' wide by 3' depth and 8' tall. It's a closet. The door will be left open to circulate A/C.

Questions?!

1.) I'm going to be growing around 3 mother plants in this space to start off with, and then will create new space to move mother plants to. After they get big enough, will clone and move everything to the 4x3 area for flowering. I'm basically attempting a SoG perpetual grow.

2.) I definately want an indica strain, but any recommendations as far as the best strain for SoG and cloning.. and also Hydro vs. Soil

3.) Should I grow soil or hydro? Hydro in my experience has been very delicate as far as pH, temperature, evap, etc.. Would a good soil setup with the best nutrients give me around the same yield / potency as a hydro?

4.) If you think Hydro, what kind of system do you recommend? DWC? Aero? Flood Tray?

Btw, the C02 generators on the list is basically mixing active dry yeast and sugar to get C02, will be making around 8 of them for the spaces.

hmm well you could add a sort of "shelf "and section your closet off by half horizontally, then split the bottom portion in half vertically as well. then cover the respective "doors" and "walls" with panda plastic to prevent light leaks into each section. then you can keep the entire upper half for the mothers 4x3x4. and have the two lower portions for both flowering and vegging 2x3x4 each

That's way less than I've been able to find them, although most of my time's been spent looking for cheap CFL lights. 11 cents per watt is the best I've found so far. The price point being 3.35$/30W.

I'm checking my local Craigslist ads, keyword "hydroponic" - It gives more grow light results then just doing "grow light".

I haven't bought anything yet, but I've found nearly everything I need and got a list together

goodhydro.com eastwesthydro.com both in cali have great prices on lights and they have some quality ballasts and wholesale good stuff (i personaally got a large adjust a wing for 100 and a 1000wat phantom for 280 which is a shit ton off msrp soil is 10$ a bag for ffof roots organic n all of them pretty much at good hydro if u live in sacremento u could get rid of that shipping charge too. and i got my lightbulbs for cheap as fuck at eastwest my local hydro guy said 150 for a dual arch must be a bad light n i was like its ushio n he made a funny sound)also go to home depot n check if they started carrying 100 and 150watt equivalent cfls for 7$ like they did by me if i was on a lower budget id have done that stealth hydro has a dwc system for 30-40$ for 4 plants for nutes look at cns17 at sea-of-green.com its 11$ a quart and its a 2 part system only thing. i had a site where i got 100ft of 1mil mylar for 20$ but they r out by now look up sprayngrow for nutes too i hear its good n like also cheap as fuck if you do do dwc u should make a tea using ancient forrest, zho powder, and aqua shield for mycrobial goodness and disease free plants ( more info here https://www.rollitup.org/blogs/blog6654-how-breed-your-own-beneficial.html )

You bought a knock off wing non glass coated material. goodhydro is a knock off dealer cheap for a reason.
