You ever seen this?

This is wild I planted two and generated two they did perfect... Few days later this one turns out like this.. anyone else ever ??

did you put enough drainage material like perlite in thee mix ,roots need to breath

That medium looks like yard trash. Is that bark or waste wood in it?

I think that soil is going to give you problems. It looks way too dense. I would carefully dig that seedling up and set it in a small pot or something, and aerate that soil with some pearlite or vermiculite. The roots will be able to navigate/travel easier rather than to need strength to push through tough earth. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the replies it's pretty weird still I have it in very good compost soil. Never had a problem with it before 5 plus plants. The pH level the soil was around six to seven.
