The do require a warrant to come in and look..
I would think that most complaints would first be addressed by the investigating officer...who would
check with health Canada to see if a medical grow was licensed at that address.
If it is a licensed grow it would then be up to the officer on whether or not he wanted to talk to the licensed grower.
I had a break in and invited the police in.
They looked at my paper work and asked me a few questions....since things seem... so up in the air ...to them...on what is what these days.
I explained the difference between the mmar and mmpr and acmpr...
and with everything on my licence being adhered to...they were very professional and caring actually....
and have been back a couple of times to keep me informed on their progress...with the video and dna evidence etc.
I would not be afraid to show them a grow...I was doing...and almost welcome the presence...since there are low lives that live
near by....
