.1 Grams of marijuana and drug paraphanelia ( a scale ) was my arrest. I learn today my licence has been suspended for 6 months due to the scale. So my buddy just got his licence suspended for 3 months for driving drunk with loads in his system. Glad to know possesing a scale is way more dangerous than getting fucked up and endangering the lives of everyone around me while i drive a vehicle that can kill anyone instantly ( little kids on the street too! ) :clap: GOOD JOB AMERICA!

if you have a scale the cops will think you are a dealer.... why would you drive around with weed i know it was only .1 and a scale in the first place? u should have hid the scale better

Whats your location...same thing happend to me suspended my lic for 6 months and i wasnt even driving, if you thinks thats fuked up the first time i ever got caught up with an oz i wasnt even in a motor vehicle

most likely the d.a. will make a plea deal with you, plead guilty to possesion and they drop the paraphenlia charge but will still have lic suspened if that helps any

you for sure should of ate the weed and said the scale for something else like mail or something lame. dumb move on taking the scale with you. leave that shit at the pad!!

and never take anything that you cant eat and swallow!!
it would be better to eat it hen get busted.

yeah you can be chompin' on the weed as the officer asks you to roll the window down and say you were eating a fuckin granola bar haha...definitely should have eaten it.

For the record, i was not driving my car was parked, secondly i didnt even know the scale was in my car a friend had left it there, third of all it was a seed and a baggy stufed in my ashtray and i guess he put it in the baggy and called it weed. The scale was the fake iphone cover tho, and after i was released he gave my scale back instead of my phone ROFL! Im in florida btw, ft lauderdale.

dude it sounds like the posession charge aint gonna hold up...a seed in a lil bag...iono, you might be able to get outta this one, Ive gotten outta crazy shit in court...IN CALI tho lol

some1 must have seen ya do something or the cop thought you looked suspicious i dunno thats kinda weird tho that u were parked where were u parked at? were u leaving somewhere or what? there has to be a reason y the cop walked up to your car

oh the courts already done this happened in january, the DA didnt give me 1 break said we are going full force charged with both lost my licence for 6 months and a year probation. SWAEEEET!
