Hey what's up everybody, before i start, i want to apologize if this isn't posted in the right area.
Anyways, ive been glued to RIU for a while but only made an account recently.
I wanted to say that you guys are awesome and probably some of the smartest people I've come across. My father just passed away recently and it really has taken a toll on me. This site has helped keep me occupied and has been one of the few things that aids in taking my mind off of things. My father and i used to just throw some bagseed in soil and have fun growing it. I currently only have one little plant growing which surprisingly sprouted n popped up out of the soil the same night my father passed away, so i named the little sprout "pop"
Because it was literally the only seed that sprouted out of about 8 of them.
I definitely want to get a few more plants going, but i don't have any seeds nor do i know anybody that has any, and i don't really know about ordering seeds online.
Hey bro. Welcome and sorry to hear about your dad. I know the feeling, I lost mine not to long ago out of the blue. It's very hard to deal with.

You'll get some great info on this site and some real crap. You'll figure it out :)

Thank you for the compliment, it really means alot. Like i previously posted, ive never grown anything by myself. Not even tomatoes lol. So really, i kinda just am doing it all by what i can learn on here. All up until i transplanted her into this white pot she had strictly dirt from my yard. For the transplant, i used 3 parts dirt from the yard, and 1 part MG potting mix. Im sort of confused as to why most of the leaves have "the claw" look to them...and from what I've read and been told, its from an excess of Nitrogen? I'm just kinda puzzled because i didn't give her any nutes except for the time release stuff that's in the MG potting mix. Anybody have any kind of advice on how to fix it? Or anything i can do to make these buds swell up faster? They just seem so small..and im sort of getting slightly discouraged because i heard that stress will slow down the growth and flower process and i feel like these buds won't amount to anything. i know i keep asking, but do her flowers look like they're about the size they should be for the amount of time she's been flowering..? Also, if possible.. Any guesses or estimates on how much she'll produce? That would be great if i could get some kind of answer as to how she's doing and just a rough idea on how much she'll end up producing?

It just feels like its taking forever. I know I'm definitely being impatient but, this is the first time I'm actually doing it all myself. Every time i had a crop before, it was my father who ran the show. I'm open to any kind of advice or criticism than can be offered by you guys on here. I'm just trying to learn everything i can.
I read a lot of even before I planted a seed, I last grew in the '70s from seeds you could find when you bought a deal & then grew them near the window ledge or had a greenhouse. A lot has changed, genetics, nutes, hydro ect.
Try reading some of the grow journals by the more accomplished growers & you will pick up a lot of good advice with proven results.
Best of luck
:peace:
