Marina and Hollister are some places you might want to look into. Safe and the rent isnt so bad if you look around the old fort ord area of marina. Good luck bro.

My advice would be to suck it up and pay the price to live near the job. I'd rather be poor in the Bay Area than middle class in the Valley. But then again, I ain't into meth...

my brother lives in marina and loves it there. not to far from sj. look on the bright side at least. u will have access to strains at harbourside. and access to my ganja goodies line of edibles :bigjoint:

i already posted my story of the checkpoints and marijuana smells if u r not smoking dont have a pipe or half a j in the car u r fine as long as u r medical. no laws against patients having meds in the car

Its great if you like shopping (Santana Row is a large retail center) lots of things to do, seems like it's pretty safe area, I got my med card on Winchester Ave.
Lots of dispensaries as well.

safety is my main worry since my wife will be there for a few months before i get down there too. good to know, thank you.
