Early and modern humans mostly ate plants and very few tubers, etc. Too much protein is actually bad. The vegan diet supports everything.The US govt even admits small children can thrive

While i believe it is possible, i haven't seen too many "manly" or "feminine" vegans personally. The ones i meet almost always look pale and unhealthy.
