So I see a lot of threads where people(newer growers) are asking for advice. I simply reply look it up yourself,use google,and so on.
Unless its something thats not a common or simple question
Well im fucking tired of people telling me to check my ego or dont be an arrogant prick. Well I got something to say I learned most of my shit by searching on google,here,and many other sites. If you really want some advice you can ask it in the proper section on this site. And dont get mad when we tell u to research more and not waste your money or time. Get a few grows under your belt. Some people are just naturally have a better Green Thumb in gardening. But its not just growing its your knowledge of growing, its how much you understand of this plant, knowing little details,signs, symptoms and much more. I am always learning something new. If you think that your end product is the best pot around and that you know every thing you need to know. You need to check your ego and rethink what your doing. You can always improve.

Just my lil vent session. I hope people actually read this and think about it.

Whats funny is ive been only doin it a year but im like an old soul man I know hard work pays off and cutting corners doesnt help ya to much.

And did you notice only the first thread I asked a question other too where asking opinions. And I didnt talk back to people trying to give me advice...except kinetic one time and I apologized

Are we aloud to post in this thread if we like the newbies so called dumb questions? I personally loving answering any question to ones problem if I know the answer. Even more so if the person is new to growing.

I googled shit for months before I started growing. Still ended up fucking shit up. This forum helps me a lot. If I have a question I like posting to get some discussion going on it and getting other people's experiences.

Google is still a very good resource though.

I need some advice. My wireless keyboard keeps missing keystrokes all of the sudden. I changed the batteries, but that's not helping. Aaaaaaand, go!

Google. No but seriously make sure nothing is interfering with the ghz or what ever the fuck the lil number wireless signal thing is. And if it has a receiver for the signal be sure its not being blocked...bammmmmmmmmmmm

You either type too fast or the USB receiver is too far away and or is obscured by other radio waves or blocked by metal.

Firstly, the Search on this forum sucks.
I always used to try it first but 3 keywords brings up 472,000 pages of single keywords.
It's really easier to start a new post Or use google riu into the search but, you can't use rui. Use Roll It Up.
Google: Roll it up yellow leafs piss, and it might bring you back to this post.

As noted above, the RIU main search function does indeed suck. The search in the "search thread" function is a bit more useful. Still, I usually use google command line "site:rollitup.org keywords here". That returns only results from this site. Even with that excellent tool, it is not always easy to find the best answer to a question.

You go on google type your wuestion then put RIU behind ur question and it will give u riu links about ur question

I find it annoying when this happens in real life, i.e. outside teh intrawebz. d00ds come at you because you grow some dank shit, and all they wanna know is how long would it take to get massive cash for crops, they don't even care about growing. I mean, it's aight if you wanna make cash from it, but there's much more to it than just that.
I don't have a problem with d00ds that really care about weed and gardening.
