i think i had that same bulb, blue filtered? anway look at the MASSIVE UBER PLANTS i grew with it!!!

one of those plants acutally grew into a wondrous fem that got herm'd like 3-4weeks before harvest. still ended up with some great smoke, right at 1 oz. with new proper lights of course.

the first plant i ever grew was in 1981 i cured and smoked the fan leaves , i dident know better

Hey how does the 400HPS actually grow?? does it actually get the job done? Can the buds pack tight? I have always overlapped 1000Watts but I broke down and tested 2 600Watts overlapped and bought the built in reflector bulbs. The 600Watts lack alot for grow space but with the refector bulbs they can grow ALmost as big of buds as the 1000Watt.. Just cerious if their is a difference between the 400 and 600- in your opinion.. When i first started to grow, i used 400MH to veg and two 1000Watts. I just fired the 400MH to start outdoors and man, that system is SO slow to grow compaired to Veg with 600HPS and 1000Watts HPS.....

the 2 400s work great im running 110,000 lumens but its a bit on the hot side if you look at my grow journal my strain is a form of pink indica, and when i just had a 150 it got really cold at night so alot of pink showed up but now the temp is really high all the time and my pink hairs arent as vivid but when the lights kick on ill try to get a pic of my current best plant shes fucking gorgeous
