Younger leaves rolling down

My plants older fan leaves are yellowing and new leaves are rolling downward. I'm thinking it is a magnesium def but not sure. Plant is about 10" away from my 400 watt hps and the plant is about 30 days old

looks like a reveg or a mutant with ph problems

So what does that mean? It's an autoflower by the way
