I am finishing my first of three:
Venison weiner, cooked on george foreman grill until liberally scorchemarked.
Bacon, cooked on GF grill until crispy on edges, but mostly soft.
100% whole wheat, well buttered & broiled butter-side-up in the oven until medium-brown, not stiff!
Lay down a bed of sauerkraut (pressed unless you like a sloppy mess) on browned side of bread
Wrap bacon around weiner, place on bread and form bread around weiner
Add extras: ketchup, relish, onions, mustard, etc
