In grade 7 we had a classmate that just smelled bad everyday....instead of some teacher having a talk with him, we all had to hear a lecture on bathing and is it better to clean up at night or in the morning....the kid that smelled was saying at night is the best and ask how can U can get dirty in bed....we all laughed but then one kid--not me--yelled, shut up, we are talking about you....it was so funny..the teacher didn't have the guts to tell him so some class punk did

whoa homie, fed case?! good luck! only fuckers that scare me are the feds. been holding some friends with no bail for like 3 years. fucking bullshit....
Didn't you hear? The Feds no longer consider themselves beholden to the Constitution.

I think it's time to change that, once and for all.

They're fighting a "war," remember? And they're using FUNDS ACQUIRED THROUGH TAXATION UNDER DURESS, to fuel this "war" no one actually wants (except the captured agencies with investments riding on the cannabis not competing with the products produced by those businesses).

I say we get organized, unite for this cause, at the fundamental level (cannabis should never be prohibited PERIOD, and especially should not be construed as justification for imposing unjust violence and forcibly confining anyone), and DECLARE that WE WILL NO LONGER FUND ANY PERSON, AGENCY, OR ENTITY, WHO/WHICH PARTICIPATES IN THESE UNJUSTIFIABLE PRACTICES.

But this is WAR, remember?

We need to realize that if we don't present a unified front and confront this beast head-on, it will continue to pick us off one by one, in situations where each individual has zero chance of prevailing in any conflict versus a well-organized and militarized group of psychopathic mercenaries, employed by leaders of captured agencies.
EXACTLY CORRECT.

Dad fucked up by letting his daughter anywhere near his plants. LOCK THE GROWROOM DOOR, IT'S DANGEROUS FOR A KID TO BE IN THERE.

This is a good guy setting in jail for helping others. Wish I could be on his jury.
And of course, it's unlikely he will receive "due process," including a jury of HIS PEERS (i.e. not people who are anti-cannabis or apathetic toward the cause of freedom of self-determinism).

This is a particular on which everyone's rights are being violated. Who determines who are or aren't my peers? Me or someone else? If someone else defines who "are" my "peers," then where is my freedom of association? (including selective association, aka refraining from associating with certain people for certain reasons... e.g. people who either endorse cannabis prohibition, or just don't mind the injustice, are not my "peers.")

There is one thing we can do: decide you are indeed free to do as you please, as long as you take proper steps to avoid negatively impacting anyone else (within reason). This won't make you immune to tyranny, but it will likely lead to an increase in your quality of life, *intervention/interference notwithstanding.

They obviously don't intend to allow the due changes to occur, so while our lives still transpire, ticking away day by day, headed for an inevitable ending... you have to decide whether it's acceptable to you, to allow other people's threats to dictate which experiences you may have during your one and only life. It sucks that, because of power-tripping people, it has come to this. We didn't choose for things to be this way, and we would surely choose to change it, if there were a directly effective action we could take, but it is what it is, and it will be what it is, until it ain't, and that might be longer than we can wait. I've already waited more than enough; i'm tired of letting other people dictate my life and choosing to impose misery on me and others who do not deserve it. If i have to die from undeserved violence, imposed upon me by tyrants... then it is only because those same tyrants have obstructed the only acceptable alternative: changing their own actions, due to them being in the wrong.

They are wrong; they are in the wrong; they cannot justify their actions, no matter whose pocket judge declares whatever thing "justified." As if any judge declaring cannabis prohibition penalties and excessive violence in pursuit of issuing them, "justified," knows the first thing about either "justice" or "honor."

QUIT BELIEVING OUR ENEMIES PROPAGANDA .
So true! You are either a medicinal patient/caregiver or a schedule I narcotics felon, with any integrity you cannot be both. The will of the People and their law vs the will of the government/bureaucracy and their criminal prohibition scheme. Their keeping on keeping on is by far not a victimless crime. This game of criminal substance prohibition had clearly been struck down Constitutionally (18th & 21st Amendments) so they write this controlled substance act (fascism) that stands a century later ...

Has there been an update to the story? Last I saw he was given a legal avenue to help others, and stuck his middle finger up at it and started crying when he got busted way over his limit. He figured fuck the law, and now his daughter is sat around without a dad. Sounds like a douche to me.

So because he didn't want to submit to tyranny, he's a douche...

What about the tyrants? If those who refuse to comply with their unreasonable demands are "douches," what does that say about the tyrants?

I think that if more people, when faced with unjust laws, would say "fuck the law!" we might have gotten past all this absurdity by now.

"The Law" needs to understand that when it undermines itself by enacting injustice upon the innocent, it invalidates the asserted legitimacy of the Entire System.

"The law is the law" is only a valid argument if the law is Never Wrong.

But upon enforcing injustice via verbiage intentionally misconstrued to disparage our rights, they are in violation of both our rights, and their own rules of governance, which IMO, legitimately invalidates any and all assertions of valid authority, until no rights are being infringed, and no part of our rights-preserving documents are misconstrued to disparage the rights preserved therein.

But of course, those who assert invalid authority would never voluntarily admit they have invalidated their own authority... they will just claim they have the right and duty to do whatever earns their paycheck, up to and including murdering innocent people over relatively harmless and highly therapeutically useful plants.

He knew the consequences of not submitting to "tyranny" as you call it. His daughter is without a father as a result. Everything is pointing towards it becoming more and more available, guess he just didnt want to wait.

I love all this talk of tyranny though. Doesnt want to submit to tyranny so grows an illegal number of plants. Has a constitutional right to have guns for the very reason of fighting against tyranny, refuses to make use of said right. So all you people crying about tyranny, why arent you actually doing anything against it? Why do americans continue to campaign for their right to bare arms when you all refuse to use them for the reasons you were granted that right?

Have you seen our militarized police? Resisting tyranny with weapons is pretty much guaranteed death... which i often feel is a better alternative than being unjustly forcibly confined for the most absurd of reasons (not to mention technically beyond the powers granted to our tyrannical government... not that we can really do anything about it at this point).

Oh, by the way: we weren't "granted" rights, we are all born with them; the constitution and bill of rights are intended as a preservation of the required acknowledgment of those inherent rights, by any who would be Granted any position of Limited authority (preserving acknowledgment of our inherent rights, and specifically limiting the power of government, are the two primary purposes of the constitution).

Rights are inherent, not granted; positions of limited authority are Granted, not inherent rights. They are privileged positions, and "with great power comes great responsibility" (or it should, anyway). Should those privileges be abused by one who had been granted such a position, that person should be immediately removed from the position to abuse a granted authority.

No one is doing the only seemingly available thing that can be done, because the usurpers have eliminated all nonviolent options to remove usurpers from our system. You could even say it's not even our system anymore, and that this really isn't even the U.S. anymore. The states certainly aren't "united," and in many cases, the populace disagrees with both the states And the feds, while the feds and states go around pretending like we want them doing the things they're doing.

Not all of these situations are the same. Some random cat growing 200 plants in his basement, using the medical marijuana law as cover for his profiteering...... yeah, I don't feel too bad for someone like that when they get popped. I don't wish it upon him, but he knows the consequences going in to it.

In this case it was a guy making oil for cancer patients (likely for free). It takes a lot of fucking weed to do that. Totally different scenario, and I feel very badly for this guy. Perhaps you could accuse him of being a little careless with sending his kid to school smelling like weed, but he's no "douche" as you put it. He's risking his freedom to help others.

Its not too easy to fight the law when like every time they come up with 10-20 year felony charges on U..even life in prison when nobody gets hurt--like armed robbery and "armed' could be some keys in your hand as you take something like a purse from another person...yeah I understand purse snatchers are evil people but life in prison when nobody was psychically harmed ? ....

They force you to take a plea deal rather then risk going to trail and getting 40 years to life.

They same happens to pot growers, they hit you with major sh*t charges, were you are facing spending the rest of your life locked up if you go to trail and be found guilty as charged

true yet the daughter hasn't yet grown up, how can we guessed how she would have turned out.......Obama claims to had smoke lots of weed while growing up as a teenager--I'm not sure when he stop smoking, I know he was still openly smoking tobacco just a year or two ago.

Who would had dream 35 years looking at pot smoking little Obama that he become the President someday ? He looked like he was heading down a dead end st but he really made something of himself despite being around weed. Maybe he is not liked very well but you can't fault him on taking care of himself, its too bad his parents never seen what he became, I'm sure they would been proud

That's complete bullshit. A kindergartner has exactly zero business in a growroom without close adult supervision. Even then, it's better done in a greenhouse with basil and carrots.

Thats true too, I'm just unsure if its as bad as some claim it is. Some would claim her life might be ruined "forever"...how do we really know that ? My parents drank around me, my one adult friend when I was a teenager would always smoke some lite cigarette and drink his favorite beer, I was only 16 years old and I would sit at the table and talk for an hour and at other times we would help each other in the garage with our cars..he was always smoking and drinking in the evening...I smelled it all the time yet I hardly ever smoked tobacco and I just drank for a few years--from 19 to 21 I was a very lite drinker, then I drank a few or more everyday from 21-23...i then smashed my car going too fast into a curve and spent weeks in hospital (made full recovery a year later--things were different before the air bags cars came along, the car took most the impact, not me)....i then went 100% drug free for almost a year at age 25 and since then only drug I like is weed..if I drink I get dizzy and don't enjoy it....doc says I got brain injures, lol..I complained sometimes i think too slow, I wanted some "speed" but like I seem to be in perfect shape...

I'm just trying to say you can't know for sure how a person will turn out, its too complicated

People used to smoke tobacco "everywhere back in the 1970's, I used to smell it everyday in schools, stores, restaurants..the teachers just did not smoke in class, they had a few classrooms they would use on break but all the kids--even 5 year olds would smell it...today thats "child abuse"...yet again, I don't like tobacco at all, it stinks, I hate the smell

People are all different, we can't be raised "perfectly"..maybe it was good I was around tobacco at an early age, the first time I smelled it I hated it and I never changed..my dad smoke all the time until I was 4 or 5 years old..yeah even in the car with me...thats now a crime in some places
