Your ideal 10x10 grow

Hey everyone, buying a 4 bedroom 2 bath home in about 2 months. My plan is not definite, I'm just trying to get some feedback right now, so please don't flame, nothing is "set in stone".

Thinking about sealing one of the rooms off, and just telling everyone it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The room I'm thinking of working with is a pretty nice size (13x13), and I was thinking of possibly buying a 10x10 grow tent. I want to know, if you had a 10x10 grow tent, where money isn't too much of an issue (be modest somewhat), what would be your ideal grow?

I'm thinking about not dividing the 10x10 tent, starting vegetation, then when all of the plants are ready, start flowering, so I could have more plants to harvest. Off of the top of my head, 4x1000 watt son agro hps bulbs would be sufficient if I'm not mistaken.

I just can't decide if I should do a few large plants, or try to cram as many plants as possible in the tent, not too for sure which would be the better option.

This grow is just a rough draft off the top of my head of my future project.

I would say do fewer plants and make it a scog set up if you have the time to train them. Your number of plants will be lowbut your yield will be high if you do it right.

save the money that you would spend on the tent and add more lights and use the entire room

Yeah, I was thinking about using the whole room, but wasn't too for sure.

Would you section the room off, to have divided sections for veg and flower? Or would you just do 1 big veg, and then when the time is right - switch it over to flowering. Also - a few big plants, or just cram in as much as I can?

have been thinking of this a lot lately, i may move out of my closet grow into a room if i do it will be large plants in large containers and use uncle bens topping technique for four main colas leaving plenty of room between for light penetration and work

Hmm, really starting to think about having sectioned off veg and flowering rooms, so I can have a good crop rotation every couple of months. I like the idea of a few large plants, much more manageable, but then again, not too for sure if I would have more yield if I just did a ton of plants. Decisions

ide say use the hole room cover in mylar and white poly on floor, 6 1000w switchable ballasts, 3 homemade growtrays 10'x3' giving u 18" on the north and south sides and 14" inbetween the 3 east and west ///,

lights hung in 2' from walls or there abouts, and on 4' centers.

veg then flower look into settingup a sea of green after first grow vegging and different stages of flowering will require a couple differrent nute mixxes get some shit figured out first, and the screen of green is way alot of veg time and work almost a full time job if u have more then 10 plants and are running prupeual harvest.

Yeah, I'd also say use the whole room, especially if you're planning on owning the place and don't mind putting holes in the ceiling for fixtures and whatnot.

Yeah, I'll be buying the house, not renting, so no nosey landlords to worry about Only thing that is stumping me is - Where would I bring in the fresh air, and expel the stale air, if I'm not using a tent? There's probably a simple answer to that, but my mind isn't very sharp considering it's 4 in the morning.

intake =imo AC/heater window unit board that half window 3/8 cdx plywood and now get 3/4 cdx plywood and cut to fit entire window and around ac/heater nail/screw inplace. cut 8" intake ducting hole thru both plywoods. you have secured the winow and installed the ac/heater and intake hole. around my intake i builta 12x12 box inclosed on 3 sides top,front and neigbor can see side then used stainless steal screen on the other 2 side for the air to come in thru and ofcourse the last side flush mount agaist the 3/4 plywood with ducting sucking in air.

exaust =imo 8" ducting after carbon filtered into actic then expelled thru actic fans on gabled ends of house should already be there all in done in room nobdy see nuthin.

Put some CO2 in that baby and who cares about stale air? =P
