Your thoughts on defoliation?

right an upload from my VPNd phone; shit photo I think, damn phone.

This has been defoliated daily as internode distance get's to the right height, due to infection some of the smaller branches I left fan leaves on, they have caught up pretty well bar 2 of them.

Critical Cheese, about 4 weeks from planting.
