I pretty much kept my toys under control most of the time. I liked to destroy my toys slowly. I once had a white power ranger plush doll/pillow and I was throwing it up in the air, and it fell in a torch lamp and it lit the power ranger on fire.
but they're all gone now. my parents thew them out when I stopped paying attention to them. I didn't even notice.

Nope don't have a one. Along with the usual Hot Wheels and sports shit, my favorite was a Jame Bond 007 attache case. Man I had the best time with that crap. Invisible pen, xray glasses, shoot bullets, fecking awsome. I wish I still had it. Actually, I wish I had all my Hot Wheels, they don't make them like they used to and don't have the same fecking cool models. Speaking of models, I was heavy into that too building them and then blowing them up or some shit. I actually got two of those left. A 55 Chevy and a Pontiac Lemans SS. Sneaked some glue fumes occasionally. lol

I only have one teddy bear from my childhood, my very first and favorite one. He is in a box in the basement now. I do wish I had more of my childhood toys.when you were a child and your toy box would get over full (hopefully it did) what did you have to do with your toys? did you have to toss them? pack them up and store them? give them to siblings? pile them in the corner. just wondering.

i have none of mine. my mom might have something hidden away but it more a momento now then a toy. we have ALL of my sons stuff boxed and stored. we have a full sized moving box full of wind-up toys alone.
As for my daughter, I hear you on the amount of toys that build up. I do wonder what my parents did with them all. Did we have as many as our children do? I am sure I didn't have as many as my daughter does.
I used to store some of her toys away then bring out those ones and take some others away. Kind of like news toys to her every month or so, lol. I have given some to family and friends with children along the way etc. I also donate them to shelters along with clothing. Some we keep in rubbermaid bins. She has a few of them just with stuffed animals alone. A few others with wind up small toys and such. I don't know what we will do with them, but we have managed to keep it to a few bins and a toy box full with going through them regularly.

Most of the toys from my childhood just got lost or worn out, but there were a few things we specifically kept, and as for those things, I can relate to TodayIsAGreenday and NG
I miss my stuff.
My family ended up having to move when I was almost 18, everything went into storage. Things didn't work out the way they were supposed to, and my parents lost their storage, along with all our stuff in it.I can't even remember my childhood just small parts of it but for the most part I draw a blank when I try to remember. I know it was stressful and I had toys but I don't have any of them left. I have lost everything I own twice so far, I've only been able to hold onto a few things. They are my music, ,my guitar, grow equipment, my backpacking stuff, my two hand made japanese chef knifes, and my surfboard. I guess I am a traveling, weed growing,surfer, chef, music lover!
Everything is always changing I'm just trying to go with the flow . . .
I miss my stuff.
That's how many a Barbie met her end. That or we strung her up from a tree as a witchhaha no doubt, i would try to blow mine up with fireworks.

Yeah I have lost nice stuff enough times to be cool with it, now I'm totally un-attached to my current stuff. It's kind of awesome to not be so obsessed with material things anymore. I gave a diamond engagement ring as a tip once
I guess things never work out the way they are supposed to. 
I wish more people would just smoke weed and chill on making money and getting more stuff

my wife gets attached to things but we are working on letting go of some of them. you wouldnt believe the clutter when she saves everything from movie stubs from when we first started going out, to christmas cards and shit from ten years ago lol.
