Pretty obvious that london lost the bet, OBVIOUS. Welching on a Bet? That would be London, he already conceded that corporate stock options are not stocks. He knows he is a welcher, but now works so so hard to try and reframe the bet, he even went and edited his original post to include the word "options" hours later when I called him on the carpet for it. All anyone has to do is read the thread and realize that London was betting that Cheney owned stocks at the time he became VP, not while he was VP and not after he was VP, when he became VP. He somehow thought that options are the same thing as owning stocks, but anyone who has ever actually traded or had dealings with options knows that if you own stocks you get to vote, but if you own options you do not get to vote, because options aren't stocks, they are contracts to buy an underlying security at a set price before a certain date.
Personally I could care less if London leaves or not, hes ok in my book. So is red.
