I understand your point. But at some point in our lives we all have a little bit of profiling going on. We can't always be saints. That would be like saying that I am a complete racist because I have been in fights with black dudes when that simply doesn't justify being a racist. Or a profiling racist as the case may be.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware that there was other threads on this topic. I apologize for creating a new one, I just seen another article on yahoo and it peeved me so I brought it up here since I find it easier to have a convo with fellow potheads.

I think zimmerman came out feeling like some badass or something with his pistol so he provoked a kid and the kid ended up beating his ass so he shot him.Only in florida would they let you walk after some bullshit like that.If his bitch ass could fight this would of never happened.
Hopefully him and sandusky catch aids in jail and live very short lives.

I find it interesting that SOME people act as if they were there! It's near impossible to tell what either Martin or Zimmerman was thinking. Maybe Zimmerman killed him in cold blood, maybe he didn't. It just goes to show how ignorant people become when race is involved. We've got our (half black) president making comments about how "If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon" (WTF is that shit?), we've got people ready to hang a man they DON'T KNOW, we've got the media editing portions of the 911 tapes so it appears as if Zimmerman was profiling the kid............the list goes on and on! I, personally, will wait to see what a jury decides.

I can't believe Obama pulled that shit either. He is also receiving death threats all the time now. And is it me or does it seem like the court just seems to be figuring out ways to get more and more money from him and his family? Yes, he received a lot of money from the people that support him, and I personally don't think it was any of the courts business how much money he actually received to help him post bail and or pay his lawyer fees and such. I believe they used that as an excuse to lock his wife up and get even more money.

Normally I would wait to see what the verdict is but this guy just seems so much like one of them snitching assholes who thinks he's a cop so he has to be in everybody's business.I can't stand people like that.

I'm sure he does. I'm pretty sure that he wishes that all this would go away, and that it never happened. I'm pretty sure he regrets what he did, whether or not it was in self defense. But he can't do anything about it now. Guess only time will tell what will happen. I could just say in my opinion that he will more than likely be found not guilty, since there is no evidence to prove that he killed him in cold blood. But I cant say that because I have watched trials where they have convicted an individual on their actions after the incident happen alone and not evidence.

I have had the opportunity to be a juror twice and purposely made it where they wouldn't choose me. I don't want to be around people like they choose to be jurors. The good majority of them have no common sense and are biased as hell. I refuse to surround myself with that.

The prosecution has some MAJOR problems with their case. The few "eyewitnesses" didn't really see much and some of them have changed their stories. There is no video evidence. They will have to rely almost solely on circumstantial and forensic evidence. I'm sure they will try to use the forensics in an attempt to discredit Zimmerman's side of the story. Any defense attorney worth a shit would absolutely have a field day with this case! Zimmerman is the only one (alive) who really knows what happened and it doesn't look like he is going to take the stand. Maybe he will, but I think his attorneys are telling him to just keep his mouth shut! The only thing I can see that hurts Zimmerman's case is the fact that he may have misled the courts about the money. The prosecution will likely beat this horse to death since it creates credibility issues for Zimmerman. I don't think it will be enough to sink him though. Who knows?

I think the only way they could possible discredited his story is if he didn't actually shoot him at point blank range. Which if he did, there should be burn marks on the shirt of Martin. If he didn't and took a shot at him while standing from at least 5 ft away there will be no burn marks on the shirt.

I've been watching a lot of the ID channel recently.. HAHAHA
