My mate finished first round with my olds LEDs

This is my first ever attempt a doing a Scrog. Just put this net together in about 30 min. Sitting at about 8inches from soil. Do I trim everything below net now or wait after a little more growth and tucking ? How does it look ? Any thing I can improve on ? TIA
