Well, you can run your car on it, but can you still walk a straight line to get to it?Bit dramatic, a bottle of Jack here is about $30.

I don't believe in either. Found this interesting, the ship stuck in artic ice is there for global warming. So folks, what are your thoughts on what is the larger threat to the health of our planets ecosystem: Global Warming or Over Population?
It could be said that one is merely a symptom of the other.
In democratic nations this is not usually a PC topic but I am not talking solutions, instead I'm directing attention to the real issues. Shall we not entertain any genocidal or eugenic solutions please.
Your thoughts?
Man made global warming has already been proven a political hoax created by the left.
In 2008, Al gore and scientists from the US predicted the Arctic ice cap would disappear by the summer of 2013.
Major scientific and political FAIL, the Arctic ice cap grew 30% last year.
So this only leaves over population, which I don't see as a major problem because I just took a trip to Wyoming.
Here canndo, this is straight from Al Gore's mouth. Here is the same old ploy - claim that something has already been proven false - claim that it has been debunked. Give no real evidence, simply presume that the saying of it is the fact of it. You folks really do live in a world devoid of facts or evidence - but then I suppose it is a necessary state, otherwise you would simply shake to pieces at the prospect of reality. In short there is no concrete evidence that global warming is a myth and plenty of evidence that it is happening.
Your debunkers stand to make or perserve their trillions invested in the status quo and inducing people to believe it isn't happening. The global warming believers get a couple of billion a year in grants - now who are you going to believe?
What is it with you folks and Gore? Is Gore the only person who has anything to say about global warming? Also, you seem to have a problem with uncertainty. Just because the San Andreas fault is overdue for the big one does not mean that it won't happen and that earthquakes have been debunked. Here canndo, this is straight from Al Gore's mouth.

Got a credit card or use plastic wrap? Plastic grow pots? Maybe not as non-existent as you think, just sayin. The fear is not limited to that. Pollution of the air, support of the business, and better technologies all are rational. I don't drive and my allegiance and support of oil is non-existent. It is not a maturity, just time to move on.
In that same vein do you not believe we are facing an upcoming ice age? What is it with you folks and Gore? Is Gore the only person who has anything to say about global warming? Also, you seem to have a problem with uncertainty. Just because the San Andreas fault is overdue for the big one does not mean that it won't happen and that earthquakes have been debunked.
Or.... do you not believe that the fault will ever let loose because it hasn't yet?
Probably not.In that same vein do you not believe we are facing an upcoming ice age?
So if we pay a carbon tax, erosion will stop and the ice caps will suddenly rebound and all endangered species will suddenly flourish?Probably not.
I grow tired of my liberal alarmist friends who are certain that global warming will either destroy the planet (it won't), or scrub the earth of mankind (it won't), all global warming will do is change the way things work for mankind on earth. If you don't want that sort of thing to happen, then do as you must to correct it. If you are willing to spend what it takes to safeguard civilization from the worst of the results of global warming (change agricultural areas, erect sea walls, conserve fresh water and the like) then get to getting. it isn't getting any colder any time soon.
Put it this way - global warming is going to cost folks a lot of the most valuable real estate on the planet - if you are wlling to give up Manhattan island, then keep burnining that coal.
you said forest fires cause global warming, which you also said is not happening, and you said the earth is now cooling. In that same vein do you not believe we are facing an upcoming ice age?
I didnt say half of what you just spouted...you said forest fires cause global warming, which you also said is not happening, and you said the earth is now cooling.
you are disqualified from participating in this debate due to massive idiocy and denial of reality.
Well, if forest warming can cause global fires.........see, see?you said forest fires cause global warming, which you also said is not happening, and you said the earth is now cooling.

Drink another 6pack. Maybe it will quench your impotent rage...
I have plastic items yes, do I know where they come from? yes. If you are talking about supporting an industry financially I admit that here and there I do.Got a credit card or use plastic wrap? Plastic grow pots? Maybe not as non-existent as you think, just sayin.
I would say the epitome of support is financial.....really no choice in the matter when it comes to petroleum products.I have plastic items yes, do I know where they come from? yes. If you are talking about supporting an industry financially I admit that here and there I do.
you said forest fires cause global warming, which you also said is not happening, and you said the earth is now cooling.
don't forget, kiddo.I didnt say half of what you just spouted...
the earth hasnt seen any of this disastrous global warming for the last 15 years...
I also argue your claim that we are *Harming* the environment. Change is not necessarily harm. There is global warming and cooling, most is caused by the sun, other natural effects include volcano's, forest fires, weather patterns, etc. My point is that our effect on the environment has yet to be significant.
we are experiencing a cooling period. This seems to indicate that temperature and CO2 levels are not directly correlated.
It is not me saying I have no choice....because I do and I use it. The alternatives are making themselves prudent and I vote with my dollars. I spend less than average on petroleum and intend to continue along that road.I would say the epitome of support is financial.....really no choice in the matter when it comes to petroleum products.
no such thing as a forest....but I digress.....Cooling causes forest. See? SEEE?
