Obama says Weed is no more harmful than Alchohol

PolitiFact has been keeping a list — a very long list — on the president's first term.
The Pulitzer Prize-winning political watchdog assesses the veracity of political claims, and this week, it released a report card on the promises Obama made during his first presidential campaign.
PolitiFact deputy editor Angie Holan tells weekends on All Things Considered host Jacki Lyden the results are mixed, but on the whole he did pretty well: Some 47 percent of promises were kept — good by politician standards — and only 23 percent were rated as broken.
"Another 26 percent he made partial progress on, we rate those promises as a compromise," Holan said.
Politifact is just a group of reporters and editors from the Tampa Bay Times newspaper, nothing more.
I swear Cheezy, you are so gullible, it's pathetic.

Wow. Such a negative reaction from the weed community over beneficial statement from the president on the legality of marijuana. No wonder a lot of people think stoners are stupid
Because we know this president. He is a lot of LIP and NO action, and often does the opposite behind the scenes. Its been seen time an time again in 90% of his policies. How come he can't control the DEA ? How come the feds are still raiding ? Why hasn't he done anything to actually decriminalize Cannabis ?

you know the saying Bullshit walks ...

This is a good thing, even the lip service might just sway enough people on the fence to move over to the enlightened side. Obama can't just go and have it rescheduled or make it legal somehow, that would endanger the next Democrat running for the top spot. AND it would only create a huge amount of fodder for FOX news to make up all sorts of shit, I have enough of that with NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN and others when I see clips of news. We as a nation have to do this slowly, not go full retard. The BEST part about this is that no one is going to be able to say that pot smokers can't be smart, or well articulated, cuz just look at Obama, he is both. Not that I agree with most of his actions or all the lies he has had to tell to get things done over the last 5 years. I think we all know that politicians lie, lie their asses off no matter what letter preceded their name. Name one current honest to god chopped down the cherry tree politician currently serving in a national sense.

TO sum it up

You are saying the DEA is going after people that are not in compliance with state laws?
To sum it up they came after me very aggressive when i was well within state laws douche bag. Also yes they go after people not within state laws of 2.5oz limit. If you yeild less than 2.5 an oz then you should learn how to grow better. Therefore, if you cant cut down 1 plant without being over your limit and risk of being arrested then you tell me how its "legal" for us.

Why didn't you just say so earlier? Now we can all sleep a little easier. Ignorant-shit-for-brain-know-it-all-isms like you enjoy posting, have left me a little jaded...
God, you guys are so willing to post anything just to make you seem better than another person... my post explained why i said that. When you have EXPERIENCE with some sort of local or fed enforcement with a medical card involved then come talk from experience. All your doing is running your mouth with no experience or knowledge of what really goes on. Makes you sound dumb.

If the state limit is 2.5 oz, I've yet to grow a single outdoor plant that would be compliant. Not one. If all you can grow is outdoors, you have one season to last a year, so to be compliant, you would have prune your 1 tree down to 2.5oz and make it last a year.

A limit of ANYTHING is still better than NOTHING, but the 2.5oz limit is just people not knowing anything making laws.

*caveat: I don't know the limits, I live where resin on a pipe can get you locked up.

Personally, I wish there was no limits on how much we could grow and have. I just think it would be nice to either have a choice of growing a few plants year round, or growing a shitload for a season so you wouldn't have to grow for a while.
