In my book if you still have boy parts you go in a boy bathroom etc..
Now i'm not saying that there aren't' people born into the wrong body but until you get certain physical features changed you are who you are.
letting those of the opposite sex into the others restrooms seems an easy way for the perverts and weirdos to have many opportunities imo.
