Minimum wage jobs are supposed to be a stepping stone, but they're not
Again, the scholarship suggestion would work for a few students, but not everyone.. It fails to address the majority of students who would not qualify or receive a scholarship to pay for school
It's like putting a band aid on a bullet wound
Don't you think we should make school cheaper instead of telling kids to take out loans? Don't you think an educated population is better than an uneducated population? Shouldn't we be trying to make the route to get there as easy as possible for students? Innovation leads to new technology, new technology leads to new jobs, new jobs lead to a stronger economy.. It follows that education should be the main focus and spending $200 per textbook and $140 for parking is absolute madness
