I think it was too cold with the fan blowing on her all the time and its stunted growth. Purple stems and leaf tips.
Up until 2 days ago I started leaving the door closed and it stays pretty toasty in there around 80f, and Ive noticed faster growth with the 3rd node shooting out quicker than others.
Maybe she was establishing roots, but I still think the fan made it too cold as well.

what are some of the benefits of main line method?

With mainlining you get a very symetrical plant. This makes for evenly weighted buds on every node. Also, most people that do it defend that if you have it vegging for long enough you can nearly double, sometimes triple, the yield.

Yeah do that! I bet it'll be like taking a deep breath for the little one.

Also, you should water it with some root growing solution. If you can, get yourself some willow branches and make willow tea! It's GREAT for the roots. Specially in soil. Search it up! =D

What would you suggest for root growing solution and is it the same stuff to use when you take cuttings for clones? because I plan on cloning sometime this year.

Yep it's pretty much the same thing. Has the same hormones. I guess clones would only use a heavier dose of willow.

Hey Grimace,
Nice work--i always love to see cfl growers going strong! Your gal looked a little low on nitrogen, but now that you've transplanted to FF (was it OF or HF?) she's looking much happier. Be sure, when you're watering, to cover the entire surface area of that pot so her roots search wide and deep for H2O; also, this watering tech will improve the air delivery to the root system. Paying attention to the way you water at this point will go a long way in maintaining plant health by creating a massive root system. Good work! Sub'd!

PS> you may be a little over eager with a 60 day finish--cfls and fluoros, in my experience, provide slightly slower growth.

Its a mix between Happy Frog and Ocean Floor, with OF being more dominant. Some per lite, vermiculite, and the top 2 inches of the pot will be sphagnum peat moss once she grows some more.

Also, is that 14% your Relative Humidity?? If that's so, it's way too low. Dampen some cloths and hang them near your fans for added air humidity. you always want to keep the humidity over 40% and under 80%, 50-60% being optimum for most plants. Humidity, and air quality in general, make a big difference on plant growth!

Hey.... I've got one of these girls growing under five 45w cfl's...... I should warn you that she's 2.5 feet tall right now with huge indica leaves. If her stalk wasn't so beastly she'd snap from the top weight.... She was supposed to be a mother, but clearly wants to be flowered. She doesn't look like a sativa @ 2.5 feet, just a very sexy indica. You might want to look into some training or at least topping before she gets crazy; mine isn't bushy yet; since I've just let her grow straight up. I'm stoked for the flowers her clones are going to make. LSD wow.

I really dont think low humidity affects a plant, they say the stigmas on the leaves don't open fully and its reduces the exchange of c02, but never really proven. I constantly mist though.

They've been growing killer weed in dry, arid climates for a very long time. My grow room is at 24% humidity right now and hasn't seen 40% yet this year, lol, but all of my plants seem to be flourishing. Sure, I wish it were higher, but it isn't negatively impacting me enough to change it.

Perhaps your strains fare better in dryer climates.

But yes, you are right about all the dry and arid places that grow excellent weed.

Can't wait to see how this one turns out. As for the one having possible temperature issues. Cut out the bottom of a 1liter Coke bottle and put that over her till morning. The heat from the lamps warming up the soil all day should be good enough to keep the temperature inside that bottle nice and warm through out the night till morning.
