Breed what way?. Have you ever heard of the word landrace or inbred? Malawi for example is 100's of years old inbred naturally with open pollination yet the best weed or 'cobs' can have similar effects to acid.Where do you think the best hash in the world comes from? naturally inbred Indicas from Morocco,Pakistan,Uzbekistan etc. Picking the prime males that you like or think is best will obviously increase average quality of the progeny.I don't know about you but I've been taught old school techniques from a respected generation in this country, where exactly did you acquire all this superior knowledge you seem to have?.In my opinion the most stable genetics come from outdoor selections, Ace seeds and Cannabiogen are the most dedicated breeders to saving the pure strains. Taskenti from CBG is bred to f9 stabilising all the traits, Most people only breed 5 generations.

On topic: In my experience which spans about 16 years, it's a tossup. Same as preflowers. Some show a few weeks from seed, some don't show until you've been taking cuttings for 8+ months, some never.

yes, i agree. hundreds of outdoor plants and the strain/genetics play a huge role in which shows first. usually the males will try and stay taller than females but not always the only way you can know is when they either flower or grow sacks all over. it also depends on the stress of the plant ect. Time is the only way to tell. and even if all show female one can change and hermie happens in the wild and with bad genetics. so you always check you plants.

Ahhh, anyone else notice that BSD's ridiculous post was deleted along with my reply? The guy begged me to outline how much of a dumba$$ he is... The only profanity in my post was the word dumba$$? I clearly didn't directly insult him until he directly begged for it...

A guy like needs to be put in his place to deter him from ruining more threads IMO. Next time I will rub the trolls nose even deeper into sh1t without any profanity.

Did someone just take mercy on him and delete for the sake of sparing his ego or what??
