What if I don't volunteer for things I don't agree with that are necessary for the country to function as it does?
Are you saying those services nobody voluntarily agrees to shouldn't exist? Taxes, police, fire fighters, etc?
You don't have to volunteer, you can just pay for it. If you don't like it, then some of your neighbors can make their case to you. Either way I think you will quickly realize how fast a vacuum gets filled.

Why would I fight for something that has been proven over and over and over for millennium to not work? That sounds like a very stupid thing to do.
BTW where do you see me fighting against min wage? I think min wage should be much higher than you want it to be.

@ NoDrama, or crony capitalism? Haven't heard a peep from you about that either. Corporate interests, income inequality, supreme court decisions that fall in favor of multinational, multibillion dollar corporations. Why should I, as an American taxpayer near the poverty line feel any sympathy for some dozens times over wealthy businessman on Wall st. manipulating the system in his favor?
I feel sympathy for the middle class business owners, the guys just above me in financial/economic classes, my bosses, it's not their fault, they shouldn't be "punished". That isn't what I advocate or fight for. My main argument has always been that the rules need to be changed to ensure the wealthiest businesses pay at the very least enough to ensure their employees don't require government (taxpayer) assistance to survive. There is no logical or rational reason somebody making billions of dollars should have to ask the government to pitch in for their employees so they can pay their rent. If you disagree, lets hear the argument why.

Big Corporations are not owned by the CEO's or the board members or the executives. They are owned by the little people that have pensions, retirements and equities.
Do you not understand how stocks work?
It isn't the CEO's fault that if he doesn't make a profit he will be fired, its the fault of all those people that want to see their nest eggs grow. Blame all the people that want to retire on your problems and assume none of the responsibility.
FWIW Fast food restaurants are not the wealthiest businesses.

I see you arguing against minimum wage by constantly repeating that raising the minimum wage would increase prices and eliminate jobs. That it should be $1,000/hour in an attempt to highlight raising it even $2 is no different in effect..
