The fish trap exists only because of the fish.
We have always had blended jug wines and fine vintage Grand Crus, so I think there is room for both. Not everyone has discriminating palates, nor the resources to produce or buy premier extracts.
I'm willing to let our collective palates and pocket books dictate the market, as long as I can reserve the right to pick and choose for my own use, and of course I personally choose the creme ala creme, given the opportunity. Hee, hee, hee, snicker, snark, snort, awhooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!..........
And of course, I also like purdy women, fast cars, boats, and planes, fine wine and liquors, and fine cuisine, but limit my consumption to what I can make, afford, or lay hands on.
What I not flexible on, is retained solvents, parasites, and pesticides. Regardless of who makes it, there has to be a level of quality maintained that is safe.
I'm also big on truth in labeling, so if you do step on the meds, it should clearly state so on the packaging, so that those who care, can avoid it.
