Let me get this straight. A thread. about scientific findings in stress levels in plant growth. On a website dedicated to having an open forum on all things cannabis. 'Ain't' the place you would expect to have a discussion on how stress could possibly improve the growth of marijuana?

The problem with fin is, he has never finished a plant, never proved anything, and when good growers try to give him good advice he virtually spits in their face. He has no respect around here and doesn't deserve any.

I can totally understand that, and being new here, I trust you and don't really feel the need to pry into that topic.

BUT

Its a valid friggn topic for Christ's sake. I could understand 1, maybe 2 hundred posts bashing a nincompoop. But at some point you would think the conversation would actually make a move over to the topic at hand and its theoretical applications to cannabis. That's all I wanted to see. Instead it was like flipping through a 6th graders history text book, nothing but penises on George Washington. I would really like to see this conversation get serious...thats all.

Fair enough, and if someone with a better reputation starts a thread on the subject I think it will take off and maybe be productive. But this thread ain't gonna get there.

Did you look at my history book? I draw dicks on everything, lol. I'm like the guy from supperbad, I can draw some pretty cool dicks now. I'm 32 and still have a 12yo sense of humor.

Maybe someone who people will actually listen to will open a new thread and then we can have an open discussion.

I would do it, but from what I've seen in this thread, I would run the risk of someone stalking me and posting pics of my family online. Which is fucking ridiculous. Moderators, I think your job is to keep thing like that from happening, that's super dangerous and uncouth.

Also, i diddnt think i needed to include this in my other post, but for all you kids out there, manhattan silver is an urban legend, or at least most of it. Are the ninja turtles prancing through a wonderland of marijuanna? No. Are there well documented examples of plants and animals growing in less than welcoming environs and thriving (along with a pale tinge) yes.

Its natural selection. Where there's life, there's a way, and that life will find a way not only to live, but to thrive and prosper, whether its instant or many gens down the line.

Maybe all you potheads should take a step back from your plants, put down your bongs, and look at your plants not as a consumable resource you can exploit for your own gain, but a living, breathing, FEELING being that exists, grows, thinks, adapts, and above all else, wants to LIVE LONG AND PROSPER. I bet that attitude would change a few soccer moms attitudes.

A fresh perspective brings new ideas to the table that everyone in the community can benefit from. Whether your a head bobbing bass thumping jackass or a tappdancing Nancy. Peace guys!
