I check EC and pH every day.
And I measure levels when mixing every new batch of feed.

The block was wet so I have moved the dripper a little further away from the stem.

HUMIDITY
The RH rarely reaches 30%.
I use half plastic bottles as domes, when the plants first leave the prop.

plants this small can be fed once and left alone for 2 weeks or so
ec at.6 or so
if you are using standard nutes like canna hardwater/softwater or whatever with a standard suburban tap water supply
ph anywhere between 5.8-6.8 it will be fine

fusing over them daily you have upset them somehow they want to be left alone to grow
the yellowing one looks maybe like the roots are too wet
if you put a plant in a container of plain water and just let the water evaporate
but most of the time roots are sitting in still water they will end up looking like your plant after a few weeks

Not really, depends on your circumstances, I have been growing for years and years and years and I know when to top my NFT with water, no need for PPM pen their and never had pH burn ever, no .pH pen needed.
