christ it'd be cheaper to farm them. freezing fish is a sin
hmm like thisWhat's your packaging like? Every last bit went through the food processor. It's still working, maybe another 4 hours or so
grats how the hell did you change your name? So, I finished first in my Culinary arts program this year, won an award for highest marks and most dedicated, and won a $2000 scholarship to school next year.
I'm glowing.
I didn't! I just don't use Beef anymore...New site, new name!grats how the hell did you change your name?
Packaging varies store to store, range to range, and item to item. One ship will have up to 4 grades of quality for some products. The cherries and mixed fruit in my pic are from the freezer section as was cheaper, hence black boxes.hmm like this

Got 5 fruit rollups done, 2 more still working 36 hours later. Spread it waaaay too thick. Or possibly just not enough pectin in those ones. Who knows. Work already voiced an interest in having me do some for desert garnish. I am pondering drying fruit to pieces and then turning into sprinkles. Have a feeling the taste might not come through due to lack of chewing on it. Experiments
Congrats beef! Awesome work!

Just greaseproof. the cheap job i opted for is not really suited to liquids. If it becomes something worthwhile, then i'll look into an Excalibur. Thanks man!
Do you do your FRU's on a silpat?
That looks really good. I thought that was mac and cheese at first and banana bread, yum.. I haven't had that in ages.Scalloped potatoes with Spanish rice and a slice of my homemade banana bread :3
I love bananas and bread. Combine the two and it's an UncleR heaven. That looks really good. I thought that was mac and cheese at first and banana bread, yum.. I haven't had that in ages.
Curious, does the sweetness of the bread ruin the benefits of the banana?I love bananas and bread. Combine the two and it's an UncleR heaven.
Most of the sweetness comes from the banana. You still get the fiber, vitamins B6 and C, and the potassium and manganese from the nanners, as long as you use actual bananas.Curious, does the sweetness of the bread ruin the benefits of the banana?
