I am in the Midwest. What you probably found is wild hemp, AKA ditch weed, as hemp was once legally grown. If it gets very tall and looks like a corn stock with small branches instead of a small bush or like a Christmas tree, it would be hemp. The county is always spraying the ditches and I have seen wild hemp 6+ft tall, but it looks like an ugly corn stock. Tall and lanky with no buds. Even slow growing sativa looks more like a bush/tree. Hemp and marijuana look alike when starting out, but hemp has no high. Because they look similar is why hemp is not allowed to be grown for industrial use.

Nah, dude said it was his land earlier in the thread when someone suggested he stole it, then someone suggested he was stealing it again, so he was re-confirming that it was his land and he had a right to take it (not that he wants it now lmao). And ppl plant on other people's property all the time...i'd be happy as hell if someone did on my land. Hey if you don't mind....i'll take some chemdog plants in the backyard - thanks ;)

I get where your coming from. I was mostly speaking on callin people scumbags. But regardless you do got a point.
also when some one said it wasn't pot he started getting all po'd. I wasn't just speaking on that particular post just the whole shabang.

and if you read the last part of my post saying "id hope" meaning id hope no ones that dumb.
only reason I didn't think anyone was is cuz I'm way up north were that shit wouldn't even work if you wanted it to

haha yeah o got alittle confused when he was saying the plants were across the street. Which in most cases wouldnt be his property. but then he was saying somthing about 4wheeler trails. which would probably mean its a big property.

sorry of I offended anyone by saying he was kinda dickish.
I guess I was just speaking on his over all additude not one 1 particular post

I can read just fine. And I have enough common sense to know they weren't on his land. Why would he need to run across roads to get these plants to his house if they were on his land? Does he have so much land that it's separated by a public road? I doubt it. Even if he did have that much land why not wait until later when no one would be on the road, maybe late at night?

I live in New York bro lots of land. I own land on Both sides of my road, I was riding up my four wheeler trail which is across my road and found them right next to it. I may be a dick for taking it but it's my land regardless, someone trespassed and played the shit right next to the trail. I could have got in some serious shit for that... Clearly stating that I don't care if people grow on my property but at least hide the shit for Christsakes

yo i am from western ny and i grew up on a dairy farm my family has literally hundreds of acres crossing all sorts of roads and i have found plenty of ppls crops as for if that bud idk about that and if you found it know it must have just been planted bc today was only a high of what 60 there is still a frost warning monday and it would show sign of being planted and all sorts of freshly dug up dirt and stuff i doubt it ouwld have lived if would have been there any longer than a week or so with how cold our winter and spring in thi area has been so if it dont look freshly planted id say its not the plant you think it is

i hope it is some weed for your sake i have never put aplant out be for may 15 as we have a spring turkey season here the first few weeks of may and like i said something that size would have been done indoors and the planted out doors and could not have been there that long due to our spring and the frost monday and if it was there would deff be signs all over the place but i guess time will tell

That's definitely not cannabis that is a weed that is native to northern america/Canada it grows everywhere where I live.

If you pulled those plants around here you would look like a goof runnin across the road with a handful of nothin.
