✴11 liters is 2.905 US gallons.
I give my plants about a gallon of water per size of pot, so if my pot is 3 gal, like yours is, approximately, I'd give 3 gal of water. If it's hot and dry they may need more and if not that should suffice. How often you water is determined by how fast they dry out.
Hope that helps. :-)

so 11L pots is 1L water every 3 days?
There are going to be a wide spectrum of factors Mark. What your soil is made up of being one big factor. Consider different mediums like perlite / vermiculite, etc can cause varying degrees of drainage, other things retain moisture better like peat moss - the heat from your light / temp in your room can effect evaporation. Isn't really a 1 size fits all, but basically don't drown them and at the same time don't create a desert is what I've gathered.

I did tie down Ms. P. Urkel's arms, splayed her for all the sun to penetrate her nubile buds and she is going to reward me in a few months with the fruit of my labors. ♥

Yeah, you really can't and don't have to measure out water so preciesly. When the plants need to be watered, you should water them thorougly, until the media is saturated and you get run-off/drainage. After this the pots should be heavy, as noted.

Don't be afraid to water thoroughly. You can't really over-water at any one time/in any one watering session, just don't let the containers sit in the stagnant run-off for any prolonged period of time.
