For lights I have 2 four-foot mercury vapors that are about a foot and a half away from them. Soil + perlite. Oscillating fan and air purifier. They are definitely not overwatered.
Last two pictures are of the dead one. I threw it out because it smelled a bit and definitely was not going to bounce back. I think it had passed because I used a weird soil mixture this time (for science). It was those nutrient release soils which I know you're not supposed to use, but was all I had..
But in the first picture, as you can see, my healthy plant seems to be a bit droopy? Like the newer leaves are oddly 'curled' in. Does anyone know if this could be something not-soil based? It does not have time release soil.
