I don't believe he has written anything about the three subsequent unanimous defeats that occurred since his report.

Regardless of who's writing or commenting about them, the 12 unanimous defeats stand as fact.

they list SB1070 as one of the cases. obama handed arizona their ass on that one. they gutted the bill. they left one single part out of four standing, and gave guidelines for enforcing it so strict that it's simply a lawsuit waiting to happen.
