I'm getting fat. Need advice.

I tend to eat whole watermelons when i get the munchies, but its hard to gain weight from watermelons :) they do fill you up though and are delicious.

You need weed with high THCv which is an appetite suppressant. Durban poison has trace amounts. Doug’s Varin has the highest atm i believe and Pineapple purps in another one. Seems to be strains from Southern and Central Africa that have the highest concentrations of THCv.

Make some lifestyle changes for the better. Start riding your bike to work - and everywhere else. Just make it your primary mode of transportation. Cut out fast food. Cut out soda. Cut your cable cord - you don't need to sit around wasting time watching cable tv. Try to take up more outside activities in place of tv watching (like disc golfing, biking, hiking, gardening, whatever you want outside).

Not only will you get in better shape and lose fat, but you will save money. You will save money on soda, and junk food, and no cable tv, and not driving as much, and your medical bills will be lower (short term and long term).

Cut out sugars and eat whatever you want with moderate exercise. If you can't do that, just accept who you are. Maybe you are a food eating champ and just don't know it.

do the diet i can no long grab any fat on my stomach man i couldnt take it i had a chicken salad and a cup of wine last night i feel so guilty but it sheds weight so fucken fast im not kidding just do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude what's "THE" diet? any diet? A specific eating lifestyle What? Give us more to go on than that LOL!

I can't do anything coordinated while stoned! LOL I almost killed myself getting down the mountain on our hike last month… Thougt it would be a good idea to smoke a bowl at the top then run down the face as usual… NOT a good idea.

Rocks, branches and other shit kept leaping out at my feet! LOL I don't know how you all do it

feet perpendicular-like to the slope. never cross one foot over the other. :)

okay so im 15 pound over weight right i lost probley 10 pounds on just a vegitable diet of juice no beer no sugars it cleaned me out and i feel great first few days was the worst i did finaly eat in and out but i feel guilty for some reason vegitable seem to make me happier and feel better im going non stop i think im gona start taken in about 2 small portions of meet weekly and hit the gym or just calastetics at the park with their pull up bars and dipps i hadnt in a long time see i grow and i do it alone its some hard core shit but that alone and beer and fast food has made puggie i dont like it and i already feel great.. you guys should try it your body needs micro nutrients and your not getting them from processed food that means cooked veggies too, as you were in the begining.

im a vegan everyone knows that
