ya there the best, heard alot of good things on the threads about em so i started my grow with it mine are about 9 days into flowering so far 1 showed fem and one possible male im going with 3 42 watters from walmart and 3 13 watts that i found in the garage

remember to keep your lights about an inch from the plant too

ya im sure, with cfls the closer the better. they can even touch the leaves without burning, just dont let your buds touch when they come. other than that its good to have the cfls as close as possible. if you can get your hands on a copy of see more buds great knowlege on getting the most out of your cfls.
you should also think about getting more lights if its in your budget i wish i could add about 3 more 42's

plus keeping them close makes sure they dont stretch and they get nice and bushy
you can also see in my avatar i have a red and a blue led pannel not sure how well they help out there only 13 watts each so its not super power leds like the procyon light that the crazy led growers have

do you have the crappy china panels? I've done way too much research on leds, made a couple myself and even bought one for 1,000$ but the list price is 1,399...I know this is off topic but I should warn you guys to stay away from leds. The good ones like the Procyon and what I have, do work, but they are way too expensive right now. I have the best one on the market currently, it's called the TI Smartlamp and it can be found here http://www.theoremeinnovation.com/media/TI SmartLamp en.pdf
The light also gets pretty damn hot and you can't vent it...so there goes that bonus of low heat.
They say it's equivalent to a 600 watt hps but I would have to vehemently disagree. It's not even as good as a 400watt MH/HPS combo. I know the Procyon works and stuff but for 600 dollars you can get something a lot better.

new update:I just LSTed 2 of the branches,the 2 biggest branches i have i tied down to elt more light hit the stem where the side branches r growing and i cut off 4 dieing leaves,the only 2 leaves that r dieign taht i left on r the origainl catyledon or however u say it haha

I just did LST for 4 branches so far! now the side branches will grow more and get way more light,and I rotated!

The plant will be 3 weeks on Monday,i had to flower early not enough roomt o grow big,you like how its going so far?the LST i did?hopefully its a female im going on day 4 flowering

You're flowering already??? Lol I don't think 3 weeks is nearly long enough to start flowering, the plant has just barely started the veg. stage. I'm interested to see how it goes though.

find monkeemans grow str8 12/12 from seed with cfls no veg i vegged for 2 weeks at least,and his grow went wall,im just hoping its a female,gonna keep updating so stay in touch!
