I need help germinating beans

I hate these bloody beans, even tho Iv been growing for years with 12 harvest under my belt I feel like a massive newbie

Prince I'm trying to b patient here mate but honestly.plant it as best u can without harming it couple mill under best soil available to u if u can get the root pointing down without damage then great if not then just do the best u can with it.

That one looked to be more promising I haven't had a seed get to a stage anywhere near that this run Iv never hAd a seed open like that ever lol, on that seed I could even see the first set of true serrated leaves just tiny and white inside, it is now sitting just under the surface of some damp seed raising mix and I'm not gonna disturb it at all just mist the soil when it seems dry, quick question tho if it is going to break surface how long will it be till it does? Within a week?

I'm thinking the more you fuck with it the longer it will take...sit on your hands

Actually fellas I just checked the latest batch of seeds I put on and one has popped I checked it 12 hours ago and it was closed, should I leave her a bit longer to get a bigger root or what do you guys suggest?

This happened to me when I kept the paper towel to wet. Remember it's supposed to be in the ground searching for water.( root growth). I don't do paper towel method cause I don't want to touch the root but a wet to dry routine seems to work well for me and watering from the bottom works best so roots grow down. So seeds just won't go. I had a few bubblelicious seeds sprout then stop growth!

I can see a little white on the surface of the one I planted last night, I'm not sure it it's grown like that or if some dirt just fell off the top of it over night

I never thought of the freeze/thaw but its true. this past season we had more luck with seeds that had gone through bho process and were basically flash frozen in butane. We thought for sure that would have killed them off, but they were the ones that popped open
