I wont comment on what I'm thinking on the mom/dad situation.... If you are indeed underage this makes it a unique situation, but I would still talk to a lawyer. It sounds like you may have already given yourself up though, and if they were to offer you probation if you completely coperate with them, I would take it. They will probably let you off with a slap on the wrist if you have few priors.

NEVER ADMIT TO ANYTHING EVER ...even if I was caught red handed tending on my property with plants ,I'd still say never seen them before Officer and whats this shit you knew ,Of course he knew but for fucks sake ya dont have to say I told you so fuck head ...

Don't feel too bad, Kiddo . . . no one truthfully knows for certain how they'd react to the exact same situation. You're young. Chalk it up to a learning experience, and don't get caught again.
I mean, you or your Dad . . . what the f did they expect you to do? At 17, very few have the presence of mind to do anything right, much less deal with the Feds.

nah i got in a fight witha drunk 30 year old at a punk show when i was like 16 ended up stomping him out his head kinda popped like a water mellon and he cant talk anymore i wiwsh it never happened i just didnt realize how easy it was to seriously hurt someone when i was that young
