You need to get a bigger place and a roommate you can trust.

Splitting the cost of shit is always better.

Being in the search for a home, I can attest to real estate agents not working. Don't ever answer the phone, don't return calls or emails, fail to be there for an open house, take two days to submit an offer so I got beat out by a LOWER offer. How fucking lazy can they get?
sounds like you have a shitty agent.

or maybe the agent just doesn't like YOU for some odd, inexplicable reason.

no im a Certified holistic nutritionist but live in a small northern ontario town so im screwed
the only jobs here are the steel plant and the tube mill
I noticed you said you have 2 diplomas. Not sure if Canada is the same, but here in the states, you generally want to stay away from places that offer "diplomas". Here in the U.S., those are the places like ITT Tech, and Sanford Brown. Absolute rip offs. They charge 10-15k per semester, for a DIPLOMA. Not a degree. And GOOD LUCK getting ANY job with that. You can go to a state university for like 2k a semester and get a degree in something relevant.

Yeah but state universities and community colleges don't have commercials.

Yea, I had a buddy who went that route unfortunately. He has been out of "school" for about 6 years, still has way more debt in student loans. Bad credit from said loans. Reason being, he cant get a job in that field with his diploma. Their promise to help you find work is a joke. Once they have your money, they dont care anymore. Just stay away from for-profit schools. Bad news.

What do the other 69% have cause I think I may be in that group .......for once it looks as if I'm in the majority. Easy street here I come. In my day going out with friends consisted of a 6 pack and a little weed it was rather cheap but we had lots of fun.....I guess we didn't know what we were missing !

Sunni. Have you considered moving to Vancouver?. It is your kind of people and my kind of town.

They would really appreciate you there, I'm sure.

True story, avec moi.

I was planning on moving to San Diego when I was 19. I had it all set with a ride with my surfer buddy, and his friend I didn't know well. That guy decided to bring his Doberman. OK. I like dogs. No. He will need the entire back seat.

The dog? OK. whatever. I'll see you guys out there? Sure, <smirk> if you get out there, look us up, Ha Ha.

I had my money saved, and my girlfriend stole it. Whatever.

I went to the ride board at the college and found a '67 Chevy Hearst full of hippies going west to SF. COOOL!

And it was. So I set out with $300 and all I owned in a backpack.

I had many adventures, including hitchhiking down from SF, sleeping anywhere outside in a sleeping bag...I think they call this Homeless. :)

And the look on the guys' faces when I showed up about 10pm one night in Del Ray, a few footsteps from the dream waves across the road, was priceless.

GO WEST YOUNG WOMAN. Don't look back. :)

I went to College in Florida and that didn't really do the trick.

No. No. Not at all. I also have a couple of 2 year Tech programs behind me. My Company paid for one and the State paid for the other. And being a hiring manager at a very large tech company I can tell you there are plenty of jobs in Services that only need the dip in Tech School.

You don't need a Masters in Computer Science to be in the Industry. ITT Tech is a great school. They have job placement services. Those 2 year programs are all about the job. I put in a damn hard year full time at Control Data Institute, back in the 80s. Aced it with sweat and a little blood...damn screwdrivers. :)

I had very advanced interview skills training which I applied and it worked like magic. I have over 30 years in the Industry now

Degrees are all about the Knowledge but not about the training to get work.

Get a State Grant. You would be very surprised at how much free money there is for motivated people.
I got a fully funded Grant for CDI. That would probably be worth $20K these days.

In a different thread, you claim to be the hiring manager at a very large tech firm, as you do in this one as well. In the other thread, you stated that it was illegal for potential employers to do background checks on potential employees. You said it is ILLEGAL. A practice that every employer does (outside of McDonald's type jobs). You also stated that soon, they cant even ask you at all due to a bill that is about to be passed in California. I provided you with a link that shows the bill letter for letter. It said nothing of the sort. The fact that you are still spewing garbage saying you are the HR manager at a very large firm is laughable. What HR manager would think its illegal to do background checks? Even at the smallest of firms, the HR manager would know better.

The fact that you would say ITT tech is a good school just goes to further the point that you are full of it. The CFPB(gov watchdog group) has filed a lawsuit against them for predatory lending. Sounds like the type of school everyone should go to RIGHT?!?!

Just shut up and quit making a fool of yourself. Because believe me, you definitely are.

Stop speaking in tongues, retard.
Maybe I was wrong. But there was a moment where I thought you were rational. I must have been confusing you with someone else of you think I'm banging your old lady or something.

You're like buck now, unable to agree to disagree and make vile ad hom attacks and never any sense.
