Maybe I was wrong. But there was a moment where I thought you were rational. I must have been confusing you with someone else of you think I'm banging your old lady or something.

You're like buck now, unable to agree to disagree and make vile ad hom attacks and never any sense.
How does the first bolded make any sense, retard?

it was a real university not a paid for profit school bit different in canada dunno wtf you guys are talking about i can only assume its those everst things, no i went to a REAL college and a REAL university
The reason I thought it was probably one of the rip off schools is due to the course itself. Holistic nutrition isnt really recognized by any medical bodies. Thus they aren't in demand. And those are the types of courses generally offered by such colleges. Even if you did go to a reputable school, it would have made a lot of sense to look at potential job prospects beforehand. If you had, you would have known what a bad idea it was going into that. Its kinda like getting certified to treat pain with a drill. Not too much demand for it.

I'm not, don't even know if you have one.

Just don't know why you respond to every thing I say like I pissed in your cheerios.
Because you type things, then when called out on it, you backpedal. Stand tall for that which you believe in. It seems like you are eager to agitate...then you act confused as to why people see you the way they do.

But you can't deny that saving for the future is a great idea.
The vast majority of the future will not include my existence. Why work my life away saving for a future i'll never see?

And saving what, exactly?

Do you think people lack savings because they're just blowing outrageous amounts of "discretionary funds" on frivolous items?

Most people i've met are lucky to have a few nice things, and they're apparently willing to go into debt to have even that.

I say we do what we can, while we're alive to enjoy it.

I've already been forced to accept the realization that when my time comes, my best available choice will be to put myself down voluntarily.

That's life! Ain't it grand?

I stand when I need to, give ground when I feel like it.

Just like all of us, some more so than others.

I recall one instance, you called me a weasel or something of the like.

I did have to do some spin in that instance. It wasn't because I was wrong, in general that is, however I did a poor job articulating it, and the sharks here attached to the hanging morsel instead of fair dealing.

Really, kelly, you don't seem stupid, you know this place is full of people who sling mud and refuse to participate in discussing things fairly. I'm far from the biggest weasel here.

In a different thread, you claim to be the hiring manager at a very large tech firm, as you do in this one as well. In the other thread, you stated that it was illegal for potential employers to do background checks on potential employees. You said it is ILLEGAL. A practice that every employer does (outside of McDonald's type jobs). You also stated that soon, they cant even ask you at all due to a bill that is about to be passed in California. I provided you with a link that shows the bill letter for letter. It said nothing of the sort. The fact that you are still spewing garbage saying you are the HR manager at a very large firm is laughable. What HR manager would think its illegal to do background checks? Even at the smallest of firms, the HR manager would know better.

The fact that you would say ITT tech is a good school just goes to further the point that you are full of it. The CFPB(gov watchdog group) has filed a lawsuit against them for predatory lending. Sounds like the type of school everyone should go to RIGHT?!?!

Just shut up and quit making a fool of yourself. Because believe me, you definitely are.

This is a link to his earlier idiocy if anyone cares to see
Here is what I said BITCH.
----------------------------
Very soon, it will be illegal to even ask.

In fact, already in my State, this is happening.
http://www.sfgate.com/news/article/State-job-applications-won-t-ask-about-criminal-4885798.php
People who seek jobs with state or local government agencies in California will not be asked on their initial applications whether they have been convicted of a crime, under legislation that was signed into law Thursday by Gov. Jerry Brown.

AB218 by Assemblyman Roger Dickinson, D-Sacramento, effective in July, will prohibit most government employers from requiring disclosure of past convictions on initial applications, information that often ends any realistic job prospects. Supporters promoted the bill as offering a second chance to ex-offenders.
-------------------------

And if you think I am in HR, or that HR does hiring in Big Companies, you have a floor mop or ditch dig mentality and will never rise above that no matter what.

You have to be able to read then think to comprehend. And to be at my position in life you would have to get past your massive hate.

Only Buck has been able to sling posts back at people and stay on point. He is a Forum Master at that beyond all I've seen.

You fail at even posting. Stick to your content if any. RUI is about supply not demand, BITCH.

So, What the FUCK does ITT tech and learning a skill, have to do with all your hatred?

And you are just drooling over Sunni, IAC. Jealous much? Did I show you up, so you are chasing your tail now?

Wont make a difference. You won't make it past the second stage and proceed to a face to face interview once you disclose your conviction. This is just to make you think you have a chance.

Even expunged felonies show up on a background check, unfortunately. It'll say it was expunged, but the fact that its on there will keep most employers from hiring you.
"You guys are assuming they will even check.

If you don't say anything, they cannot check."
You said it. There is the quote. So shut up already moron"

That isn't entirely correct.

An expunged charge shows up as a shadow, if you will.

There is a place where something was.
