I seem to be in the minority in that I'm glad he received the justice he deserved regardless of what's happening over there now.

Just for discussion sake, what if Iran offered their airforce to take care of ISIS on the condition they can continue unabated in their nuclear program? Does it sell?

Iran reached out to the United States after 9/11 with the offer of troops and equipment to fight the Taliban but Bush & Neo-Cons basically told them to fuck off.

Despite that they served as "fixers", re-establishing the CIA relationship with the Northern Alliance when they first arrived in country, in force and arrested hundreds of Taliban fighters that crossed the border into Iran when the war started.

I think the outcome could have been very different if we relied on Iran as much as Pakistan.With the reluctance to send in conventional forces again, Iran could very well be instrumental in pushing back ISIS in the remote/outlying areas and allied forces focusing on urban centres and kill/capture raids.

Sir, I would allow Iran to tend an official offer that included the conditions you mentioned.

It is a very loaded and rather impossible scenario that you offer.

Just for discussions sake, what if Israel offered to pay Iran to 'take care of ISIS' in exchange for us continuing to look the other way while they slaughter a group of innocent human beings?
