Not a chance, just warning and educating, the message is "spend your money elsewhere, your health may depend on it".Are you raising the white flag?
When you irradiate with food you have to have that irradiation logo on the package...anything to be mandated for the LPs to put that logo on their packages?Not a chance, just warning and educating, the message is "spend your money elsewhere, your health may depend on it".
So before you commit to an LP ask the question and if they say yes, move on. Me I would make them sign a document saying they will notify me if they ever do it. Remember the reason for irradiation is so it will save a shitty crop from going in the garbage. = $$$
Irradation = I don't know what I am doing!!!!
I think the issues is LP's do not relies the QAP needs to be a super hero, so they look for a resume that says QA or something to that effect and your hired them. QAP's are like 4 leaf clovers, they are there just try to find them. QA is the most important person on your team. FULL STOP! You will live and die by your QAP so get it right people. Hire a QA who has built a production facility from the ground up, they have to do you production verification before you even start, can your QA do that. From where I sit 80% of the QAP's on applications can not do the job. They might get you your build out letter but they will fail you when production starts and God help you if HC come to inspect. Why am I putting this here?
This is all about quality control, if they were good at QC there would not be a need for irradiation, so just don't do it.
Now don't get me started on UV light, some places have all the money and people with PhD's up the ass but they are just are not smart, they just keep using band-aids and more band-aids.
Flash drying ought to make for a really nice smokable product. Phhht!
Oh godNot exactly sure what this flash drying is all about, never heard of it. There is a system out there that will heat the dry room up and control RH to kill any moulds, but it still takes 5-7 days to dry the cannabis. The manufactures insist that the process will only affect terpenes in a negligible way. Pricey though, but it may be an alternative to radiation. If you know what your doing, it (mould) shouldn't be a problem.

Seriously this is definitely worded to MBA retard types who feed off BS tech buzz words describing remove access.can be run via the cloud from
They are scrambling to try and put out something smoke-able.....next they'll be employing wizards.....sorry no pic...imagine your own on this one.Wouldn't 250 lbs of pot properly trimmed and hung or laid out dry in 7-10 days? So what's the point of that thing that costs almost 20k? That was as far as I read.
YOU CANNOT INCREASE CBD in a plant !!! Specially the way you're yappinIf your trying to dry 250lbs at one time, your just asking for issues. The equipment will kill 99% of moulds on the cannabis, with heat, an alternative to irradiation. Their test have show that thc,CBD are actually increased with this unit, at the expense of the terpenes. The thing with mould is it's always present, it just needs the right conditions to grow. The best solution to mould is to not provide any conditions for it to thrive, it's all about the grow environment. Even the best growers have struggled with this issue. The plants create their own micro climate within the canopy, the key is light penetration, air circulation, and a dialled temp and night time rh.
Itsme.
