Or did I say that we see physical characteristic differ by geographic region, why is it impossible that to think there would be differences in things like spacial relations and problem solving. Or do you think evolution only occurs from the neck down?
I went on to say I give no credence to IQ testing because of bias and am not claiming skin color has any factor at all, all I'm saying is I believe there can be difference in development regionally. There can differences between those coming from eastern europe to those in the west.
I never claimed it to be fact, never even insinuated that means whites are smarter than blacks, but that's where you took it so you could argue against that stance.
Now again, tell us how you never misrepresent what others say here.

Why was civil rights passed in the 60's instead of the 50's when it was tried unsuccessfully. Our government is run by old farts, those old farts are generation behind society. It takes a decade or two for the government to catch up to society.
Jackie Robinson and Branch Rickey had more to do with civil rights than LBJ. In fact, the man lauded for passing civil rights was the main opponent (and responsible for blocking civil rights along with daddy Gore) in the 50's.
You keep worshipping at the government alter and see how that turns out for you. You end up having to support us killing innocent women and children the last few days after demanding war criminal proceedings for the last guy who did it.
