Just a lowly ATP here. I want to play with ya'll so much, but will continue to use my patience. Can I still hope to have a PPL one day?

Or hopefully sooner. If the courts rule in favour of the patients come February. We will see how corrupt our legal system is if the supreme courts rule in favour of the mmpr. Go John go kick some ass and smoke some grass.

Peace

I really believe we will eventually see a new user program to work alongside the MMPR. I can't see how grandfathering the MMAR will hold up to Charter challenges from other patients.
Looking at different programs, my guess is 12 plants.

The problem is that the ruling in Feb is not applicable to all patients...whatever the outcome, it will be back in court soon after.
The only way to stop this court cycle is to come up with a fair system that works for the govt, the people, and the courts.

Speaking of Feburary, what do think would be the worst case scenario for those who are still legally growing ?

That they are all ordered to stop and buy from LP's and their names be given to the RCMP to make sure they have all stopped growing. WHICH will give them some type of record Im sure. Wonder weather or not that type of thing is on the US boarder service. Don't see why not.

We are already on file...doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Keep in mind guys November 26th or 27th conroy is in front of the judge with HC addressing the cross appeal. We could have HC accepting applications again real soon, address changes, script limits OR the judge agrees with HC's appeal on the injunction and the worse happens earlier then feb 15th 2015

Worst case scenario is MMAR is killed.
I might misunderstand this, but I thought the MMAR was killed, officially on March 31 2014. Only 2 provisions of the MMAR have continued, the right for existing patients to grow and the right for existing patients to carry 150 grams. All the rest of the MMPR is gone. Please let me know if I have misunderstood this.
