one is not enough for me. not because of yield. one can yield more than enough but i got that seed cracking bug.

i still say let em come. i can honestly say my grow is personal use only. im not hurting anyone. if they want to lock me up for it it will only serve as a reminder to everyone in my community just how unjust these laws really are

I am looking to move out of town, when that happens I will maybe dabble in one or two more plants but where I am at the moment all I can really do is one and a couple of auto's. I remember when 5 plants was a slap on the wrist now its one

Look up the laws in pretty sure 1-5 is still a slap in the wrist over 5 is trafficking etc .....
I remember the days when 3 was treated like one now.u can grow 3 now noone has ever gone to jail cos of 3 plants.
I have a mate going through court now that was busted with about 30 pound drying and wet all outdoor so that will be interesting to see what they hit him with.

Yeah it was five about 20 years ago then it went to three, then one, then they were talking 3 again but it stayed at one, I believe it went something like that. Kinda like the one way street here! Haha!

In south aust 1-5 and not more than 5 plants is either a $1000/or six months maximum jail.noone has ever gone to jail on a first offence.kinda gets u thinking growing 2 or 3 is well worth the risk .25grams is $150 fine 25-100 grams is $300 fine

There is life after jail... you wont die... not much fun but.. if you grow be aware this is a very real possibility! Law isnt set in stone... well there is a lack of fairness in the system.. and some magistrates are just cuntz! It would be silly to have the mindset that "it wont happen to you!" Jm2c

Never in my 25yrs growing have I ever seen someone be put in the slammer for 3 or less plants for a first offence outdoor or hydro.....its just not feasable unless its a second offence or stolen goods/hard drugs are on your property !

You can grow 2 plants legally outside in Canberra... But Zero tolerance for artificial lighting.... The laws are changing guys, they're gonna need growers to supply A LOT of sick people... Start writing to people, start networking on facebook, throw seeds out the window of your car when driving so it will grow wild, there's a whole movement behind it... Be the change you want to see in the world....

I come from an agricultural district, and can't see anyone being able to compete with plantations farms etc when they decide to change crops over night..how can a hobby grower survive against that?

That's not quite true actually. It us decriminalised for 2 plants outdoor however, if the po po turn up and find them, it is discretionary for them to either fine you or they can still take you to court for it. They WILL take them either way. So it isn't legal, just decriminalised.

U order stealth regardless they will send u an email telling you how it comes.basically paying for super stealth is your insurance they will resend your order if it gets confiscated at customs.

I don't mind if it gets confiscated, i'll only be buying like a <$5 seed to start off with and just breed it with freebies and whatever. I just don't want to have anything bad to happen if it does get confiscated, although I haven't heard of anything like that happening even in Australia.

Just put an order in for Purple Haze x Panama and Purple Widow seeds, hopefully the government doesn't try and ruin my life because of a couple of little seeds haha. I've heard a lot of people complain about Purple Widow herming or mostly coming out male but I could use the pollen anyway to save myself the stress of buying online but definitely looking forward to some Purple Haze x Panama action
