Not only do I love spiders, I let them live in my house! They don't hurt me any and eat the nasty buggers that may stray into my abode All natural pest control! As a child, it was my job to come running when my dear mother would find a spider. She would tell me to put it outside so I would then sneak into the basement and put it there instead hahaha

The big reason Im switching to organics is so I can reuse soil. The $500 a year I save on nutes and medium is an added bonus.

Sounds like a good idea with the tea mud. I might have to do bins inside too. Frozen soil is hard to work with

well 14 diff seeds I DON'T have because one of my orders is in the wind, as soon as the 3rd gets here can ask for reship.
I got some clones, some I have already discontinued,I am on a search for flowers that make me go WOW, and so far I have only found 1or 2 that does that and it's the clones I got of the animal cookies and BBK
the others I've grown are B at best, so I'm eliminating as I go.
I love seeds and genetics, I grew up raising horses and dogs. I think plant genetics are just as fascinating to me.

The plants I have cultivated so far are
White widow- in flower- discontinued this cut. ( I had a lovely widow and this isn't her and could not keep her)
Animal cookies- in flower and veg.
Querkle- seed and veg
Cali con 22( jack herer) veg - also on the might discontinue list
GDP- got as a clone, I renamed her IDKADC - on the might discontinue list
GSC- got as a clone but she is a pretty plant, so far I like her. half way through flower and have in veg
BBK-blackberry kush, got as a clone and I adore her so 2 keepers.

ditto ! I'm still using some stuff from before, and once it's gone
I'm switching to a new brand I like a lot, but even then it's only a about 150 and will last me 6 months at least.
and my ready grow soiless mix is only 23$ a bag here locally. and I reuse it, minus roots n stuff. so eh. It's not very expensive at all. and compared to spending 300+ a month at a dispensary I think I'm coming out way ahead.
I like organic and I'm never gonna say it's not awesome cause it is, maybe later when I've gotten back into the swing of things I'll give it a go, but not right now. I like what I use.
