First scrog - Big Bang

Wow I upped the nutes to 600ppm last night and I can basically see an explosion of growth. I should have been increasing this weeks ago haha.

I also did a bit of fan leaf clipping under the canopy. They were dying off and going light yellow.

I think you could flip her now but if your saying she is growing faster now that shes getting a higher food level maybe give it a couple of days

its not going to matter much anyway as your going to get a lot of stretch so you will be able to train her as she stretches leaving some room on the sides is good if you can't open your tent from both sides

the bigbang i am growing at the moment is 10 days in flower and she is still stretching but she showed her sex really fast and already showing flowers :)

she enjoyed the main line training did you still need to go away for work soon ?

cheers, im thinking of flipping. i go away for new years, so not soon. if i flip now i have about 9 weeks and normally im done in 8 with this strain

Do you feed veg nutes during the stretch or swap to flowering?

Good shit bro try take your photos when you first turn the HPS on so there is no lines or a good thing some growers do is just put a lamp in the grow room with a white light globe :) makes the photos much better

Ahh much better bro shes looking good the bigbang i am growing at the moment is 2 weeks in to flower and she didn't stretch much but she started showing flowers fast ill be uploading some photos tomorrow will be day 17 from tomorrow :)

my bubblegum is flowering fast but it dose not stretch so needs to be vegged longer till you get it the size you want i wish i took some clones from her has i would love to run a tent just with bubblegum the smell is insane

anyway bro things are looking awesome good job :bigjoint:

Yeah Scrogging is the key to good yields in limited space shes going to be a beast in flower mode :) can't wait to see her in a couple of weeks

It's really hard to tell and best to not get your hopes up to much Should be looking at 10Oz + if you keep her dialed in i don't know how well the big bang yields but could be close to a pound if you keep her happy temps down

i always think i am going to yield low and every time i see my dry weight i am always happy it could be better if i could control the temps better but oh well

Cheers bro, I know what you mean.

I'm really conflicted as what to do, at the moment it's starting to get hot and at night even with the cooltube I have to have the light 23 inches away and it's 27c hot. Now if I use my 400w hps, I can get it within 12 inches.

Should I change back to a 400 to get closer or have more light coverage with the 600?

I need to increase my exhaust. At the moment it's only a 100mm centrifugal, I'm looking to increase it to a 200mm and run the carbon filter and cooltube on the one.

I found as long as you got good circulation then you will be fine high heat is okay long as the humidity is low and you keep good air flow my last grow with both 600 watt hps on the temps always around 30C and still had good results yes they would of been better if the temps were lowering but still had a good yield

what kind of inline fan have you got in the room and where is that air coming from...?

on your cooltube is your fan pushing or pulling air ?
Are you ducting that hot air out of the room ?
the best way to test how close you can get your light is the old hand test its never done me wrong if its to hot for your hand its to hot for your plants find as you are in stretch mode now don't lower to much but find where that sweet spot in where its not to hot for your hand at put in 2" above that as the plants can grow 2" in a day
