Hey man!

How long do you think she has left? I leave my apartment the 17th of dec and Im gone for 10 days so I have to cut the plant before that date. My leaves are burnt by the CFL yes.. Its good to get a second opinion on how she looks.

Cant wait to smoke it!

image.jpg Something looks off to me. Tips are burnt and the buds don't look far enough along for 7 weeks. Not trying to be negative, just my opinion, and maybe some room for some tweaks next time. Here is a couple I've got on day 43. Probably another 30 to go. These are cfl except for a 90w led I bought for shits and grins. I thought these looked weird because they never really branched. That cfl bulb on the left is 150w comparable 40w true. $12 at hardware store. I've only had it a week and I think it's already helped.

I think you just answered your own question....leave it until Dec 17th, then hang it up in one piece in your bathroom with the exhaust fan on.... should be okay for 10 days

i agree with ISK at least let her go until the day you leave; in the pictures, she is showing way too many white hairs still to chop now.

Yeah. I come back on the 29th... So. Can I leave my plant to dry up for 12 days? I mean I would have to use a cardboardbox for stealth incase my landlord goes into my apartment (I think we share exhaust fans in the house, so I don't want marijuana stench in my bathroom).

from looking at your pictures, perhaps you could water her really well before you leave and just leave her to grow? she doesn't look like she will be ready in a week. no one to water her for you while you are gone?

I agree. Way back when I first started growing I grew bag weed seeds. The result was interesting. I got a couple really nice plants a bunch of average an a couple of crap plants. I've done that again recently just for shits and giggles and one of the plants I actually think may have been a landrace sativa. It was a pure sativa I'm sure.

Alot can happen in twelve days though....

I'm sure my plant got stunted... The temperature dropped below 13C* one night. So I think that's the reason. Week 8th mark is tomorrow.

Hello guys! I am back.

My plant unfortunately got a little bit of a burn when I was gone, both nutes and light burn on some of the leaves and buds.. I cut her down yesterday and I hung her up to dry.

Well I haven't dried or cured them yet. They've dried since Friday night.

I tried a few joints now and I'm a bit stoned (but I can't really tell because I was stoned before I smoked).. I could taste a bit of the clorophyl, so it wasn't as smooth as I want it yet.

As for flushing, since your plant is about ready to pull anyway and there is most likely some residual nutes left, I just use ph'ed water the last couple of weeks. I mean once it's done its done. And I really feel the weed tastes better=less harsh. I might also let it sit in the dark for a few days. Don't really have any concrete evidence that any of this does any good. But, it makes me feel good about it and that's the most important thing. Right? Don't really know but that's some good lucking bagseed buds bru.

Hey thanks man! I've already pulled the plant and the smoke is not very harsh.

I just used plain tap water the last few times.

I think I might have messed up and harvested too early..

I now got the buds in a glass jar and I am curing them now, opening the jar a few times a day. No mold or anything. But I've looked at alot of trichomes and I can see many clear and cloudy but no amber.. So I think I messed up.

Cloudy is what you want anyway, amber is a sign of thc degradation its converting from thc to cbn. If you have a lot of clear trics then your harvesting too early. IMO the curing process is very important. You don't want them too moist going into the jar or too dry. Also if you let the plant fade in the end the chlorophyll will come out and that gives you a little smoother taste. Ill show you an example. grow pics 012.jpg
