I smoked everyday several times a day when I was preggers with both my kids, now 20 and 23. They are so fucking smart and healthy. No deformities, no health issues at all

It doesn't matter, officially MJ is still an illegal drug, classed the same as heroin. Right or wrong thats is the fucking way it is and the gov't is in charge. The kid will be my age by the time the OP wins in court and it will be a Pyrrhic victory even if he wins

I don't have kids, so I don't know; do doctors let you take any medicine while pregnant? Is it narrowed down to what you can take by risk vs reward?

im glad youre children are great. my mom smoked with me and im fine. but its not enough to be proof.
the fact remains that CS dont just randomly drug test, the entire story is not being told.

I want to believe that its is completely 150% right i really do, but its also outdated sorely and its been the only test done so far to date.
we can all wish for a day when this is properly tested and we can get over the stigma, but thats not today and what OP is suggesting is a loosing battle.

Look im all for advocating for the little guy, the underdog, but this is a situation where she was being drug tested for whatever reason
ergo she shouldnt have been doing something that the government classifies next to heroin.
its called playing it smart, and keeping your child and than smoking after the 9 months.

So basically you are telling him to give up? Thats sad. I wouldnt give up my kid that easily, I dont care what the circumstances are UNLESS she is on probation. Then shes breaking the law. Yes its illegal but we all know it shouldnt, even people that enforce the law dont agree with it.

I found the info and I read it on HT site and dug a little deeper. Couple tests were ran with preggo jamaican women, since they wernt getting the bad results they wanted they called it off without further examining the kids as the grew up.
