Thanks there are more lights then you can see in the picture there's 14 cflswell, it is very unique...time will tell...best of luck
I may suggest that a few more lights may be required once the ladies start budding
My ph drifts a lot and it's 10 gallons but I only put 5 gallons in itwell, right off the bat, how many gallons is your rez? to avoid ph drift, it's advisable to have a good 5 gal. per plant.
There's another whole flower room I just have to grow my plants first but lol appreciate your comment bud???? Big ????
Ok then.
Guess that'll do for you.
I now have 5 plants in a 30 gallon tubI think the point people are making is its a small container and your res is to small. You have five plants in a container that should have no more than two at the most. You will probably have issues re stability and temps but time will tell. Perhaps you could get a bigger tote to put the girls in.
That should work but sometimes less is more as I have found myself. More plants does not always mean more buds. If you have less than 600 watts 4 might work better in each tray. Good luck! How are they doing?I now have 5 plants in a 30 gallon tub
cfl's good for vedge ...flower not so much...hps 250 or higher will be needed on the red spectrum...this will maxamise harvest for you...peace..Thanks there are more lights then you can see in the picture there's 14 cfls
and 1000 is better still, the perpetual quest for more light during the winter my house is heated by my grow. Good beginning in hydro and happy holidays.^^^^ I see then ^^^^
lol,,,you took that well man!
I might increase the lighting a bit with T-5's or 400 MH (600 is better).
I have saved $60 this year compared to last years heating bill.and 1000 is better still, the perpetual quest for more light during the winter my house is heated by my grow. Good beginning in hydro and happy holidays.
Yeah same here. I've literally saved tens of dollars in my gas bill by spending hundreds on my electric ROFLMAO!!I have saved $60 this year compared to last years heating bill.
Or at least proper net pots, not sure but I'd be concerned about blowing out the bottoms of those cups. I have done many successful grows in a similar set up. Pails are not needed imo. Doing a run now that is just about finished and will get well over a pound with 2 400's. Keep going, your on track! You need to upgrade your reflector to something other than a poorly painted piece of wood. At least give it a nice new coat of white. You are wasting over 50% of your light from what I am seeing. Your PH swing is likely from your choice of lava rock. Don't expect that thing to go for too long before you can't get the roots out the holes you cut. I would recommend you get some buckets and move to a 1 plant per bucket system, combine them with hoses if desired.
