You beat me to it.The last gasps of the drug warriors.
There are a couple of SC judges who will tell you general welfare or commerce, pick whichever. They are the magic clauses in the eyes of the progressive that to them means "the government can do what ever they need to do for the greater good".Colorado "undermined the Constitution" ??

Supremes hold up schedule 1 status, demolish programs in all states,or find MJ not schedule 1,or none of the above. What would the none of the above options look like?supremacy clause, my shrimpish little 4'11'' amiga.
cannabis is federally prohibited, and the feds reigns supreme over the states.
are you even 14 years old yet?
Good question. Would none of the above be a state's right thing?Supremes hold up schedule 1 status, demolish programs in all states,or find MJ not schedule 1,or none of the above. What would the none of the above options look like?
So far as I know, cannabis being schedule 1 is not a question for SCOTUS. The DEA, FDA, or president could reschedule it, though I doubt they will.Supremes hold up schedule 1 status, demolish programs in all states,or find MJ not schedule 1,or none of the above. What would the none of the above options look like?
Dude, you live in Wisconsin. I think you are allowed to throw off on South Dakota and Mississippi. When has Nebraska Oklahoma and Kansas not sucked balls?
Minor league suckers compared to La. Miss. and Ala.When has Nebraska Oklahoma and Kansas not sucked balls?
Schedule 1 not focus of suit but it is the germ of the problem. It's the 800 lb. gorilla in the room and the Supremes will be aware of it. They could use a schedule ruling to decide the case. Or not. Don't count O'bama out on reschedule, especially at end of his termSo far as I know, cannabis being schedule 1 is not a question for SCOTUS. I think this suit will force a collision on states rights and Schedule 1.Good question. Would none of the above be a state's right thing?
The federal government could take no stance whatsoever on MJ leaving it up to the states to decide for themselves. That seems like the progression we are on anyway.
And maybe that's exactly what it will take to get cannabis removed from schedule I. At the least, it brings the subject of scheduling to the discussion. And it's discussion that's needed.I think this suit will force a collision on states rights and Schedule 1.
Idiots. Why don't these clowns get tossed out on their asses for wasting taxpayer dollars on this kind of stupid shit?
